I bought 2 cables about 20 years??? ago. I think they were $20 ea. with Neutriks and I still have them to this day. There is nothing wrong with them, the colors on the cable themselves have barely even faded. There is no reason to buy from anyone else!I have since bought 3 more including a custom speaker cable and a power cable that is ridiculously beefy. It will never fail. I don't even know why I bought the other instrument cables...I just needed the speaker and power cables. Because the 1st 2 I bought will never fail.Great guy too! Chris
I got this cable as a gift for myself during these tough Covid times. I had been playing my bass with so so, off-the-rack cables for some time, and always felt I was missing something--lack of gain, poor low-end frequency range, noise. I was amazed by this cable--lots of punch, great low-end, clean! It took a while for it to arrive, but be patient--the workmanship that goes into the cable is well worth the wait! If you care about the way you sound, especially when we all get back to the fun and work of making music publicly, I heartily recommend this cable.

Ordered six of these in various lengths with red shrink tubes to readily identify them as speaker cables. Build quality is as good as it gets.
I got this so I can run two matching 4ohm cabs at 8ohms. The build quality is second to none. PCNS is my go-to for cables now.
I did a listening session with PCNS Patriot PBX, off-the-rack cables from Guitar Center and this new LP cable.My impressions: PCNS cables let more of the detail through.There's better string detail, everything sounds clearer. It's not simply a case of more high end or emphasized brightness, although the high end is better defined.As to the comparison of the PBX and the Ultra: the Ultra is maybe a little more high resolution and perhaps a bit flatter in frequency response. The PBX, in contrast, sounds a little warmer = rounder in the mids, which make the highs jump out a bit more. Love the skinny, flexible cable and the new plugs.
Just ordered my 3rd one, misplaced the one I brought in '13. Works great on subs about to start using on full range also
Got my Happy Cab from Patty and Todd at PCNS this week. Can't say if my cabs are happy, but I sure am. I've been having a ball trying different cabs together as well as combos and different extension cabs. Want to see if there is a difference between parallel and series wiring, it's a breeze, just unplug the cables from one side and put them on the other side of the Happy Cab and you are there. If you want to see if the cabs sound better in series with one getting the signal first as opposed to the other getting it first, once you figure out the wiring inside as to which jack gets the signal first, you can try it. Lots of us are inveterate tweakers and tryers and the Happy Cab makes it easy. Of course the workmanship and materials are top of the line. Wait I just thought of another possibility. Got to go try it.
A noticeable difference in the tone of my Strat. Full and clear. As always the workmanship is first rate.
I bought this to run two cabinets off the tiny Trace Elliot ELF. This cable does the job perfectly. The build is high quality, and seems it will last a long time. This company is my first choice for custom cabling needs.

I bought this cable to warm up the tone of my Strat like I remember they sounded with coil-cables. It has done that. Great quality too. Just like I have come to expect from PCNS. I'll order another.
I have never had one problem with this cable. Reliable and sounds amazing. I have had 2 of these for close to 8 years now. I also switched to all PCNS for my pedal board and have never had one fail. Can't say enough good things!
I haven't even bought a cable yet and these guys have gone above and beyond in trying to find a solution for me and even offered to loan me personal gear. If their products are 1/2 as good as their service- which I'm sure they are, there is no way you can go wrong!!! Thank you, Todd!
My new Favorite Cable! I got this cable in time to fly out to my shows for Lee Brice, and replace My 10 yr old (at least)PCNS GS-6. WOW, fat, loud and chunky like I like, but clear, open yet warm top end. Gibson's are fat, and fender's sweet but not overly bright. Thanks Todd for therecommendation! GL

Hi, Just wanted to tell you that I received my Y (series) Power Box and it works great: I now have my 16 ohm 1x12" Crate V1512 (class A tube amp) running two 8 ohm 12" Jensen C12N speakers... It sounds excellent, it even lowered the noise floor!:) So thankful I found your site; thanks for all your help, and time.Take care,HumbleFish
These are very nice, and very flexible for a 12 gauge cable. The right angle speakon option is very cool.

After buying several cables from Monster,Planet Waves and Hosa;I'm persuaded that all those are inferior products. I will state my case all three of the above were bought new all were noisy and popped and crackling just by moving the cable. Plugged the SX in and total silence from the pre-amp. For less than $50 I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and performance from the Patriot cable, plus great customer service from Todd. Thanks George
I recently acquired two of these cables and have to say they are great cables. Nice and thick, roll up very easily and sound fantastic. Would highly recommend these cables and great people to deal with.
This cable works perfect to drive two, 1x12 - 16 ohm spkrs @ 8 ohms with a 5 watt tube amp. I have other PCNS cables as well and they are all the best IMHO... I would also like to say Todd is very helpful
